Medical Center

Castle Rock Medical Center is a Rural Health Clinic accepting Medicare, Medicaid and most health insurances.  

Our Healthcare Provider team consists of one Board Certified Family Practice Physician, one Pediatrician, three P.A.s and one Nurse Practitioner.  In order to help you reach you healthcare goals, the Medical Center is open Mon-Thurs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Fridays.  

Our clinic offers a wide range of services such as an on-site Laboratory, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and we also have Speech Pathology services.

Convalescent Center

Castle Rock Convalescent Center is a 59-bed Wyoming licensed Skilled Nursing Facility providing quality nursing care with courtesy and compassion. Resident care and well-being are our first priority and we are committed to meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual we care for. We offer a spectrum of services to anticipate and meet the individual residents needs. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation services and long-term care. Our inviting 59-bed facility is certified for Medicare, Medicaid and private pay. The Villa

The Villa is a 24 bed Wyoming licensed Board and Care facility which offers affordable housing for seniors while maintaining independence.   Residents have the luxury of their own space while being assisted with Activities of Daily living, three hot meals served daily, laundry services and much more.  Our residents are our first priority and we are committed to creating a comfortable and independent living environment. We are very proud of the quality and affordable senior living that we offer.  If you have a loved one who is in need of some assistance yet is able to live independently, you may consider The Villa of Castle Rock Hospital District.  We are staffed 24 hours a day with certified nursing assistants who are eager to care for your loved one.

Ambulance Service

The Ambulance Service is staffed with the best volunteers in the around.   This dedicated EMS program is a long standing staple of the Castle Rock Hospital District, comprised of State Certified Emergency Medical Technicians, BECs and Drivers.  Ambulance coverage is provided 24 hours a day/7 days a week to the citizens of Green River and the surrounding area.  In addition to regular ambulance service, standby service is available for special community events. CPR and First Aid classes are available upon request by licensed instructors.
