RATES:
Daily rates cover 24
hour nursing care, administration of medications, social service support, three nutritious meals including specialized and modified textured diets
with alternatives, complete housekeeping services, bath and bed linen,
personal laundry, and planned activities.
LOCATION:
We are located in a beautiful sunny setting at 1445 Uinta
Drive, Green River, Wyoming. The location is across from the Castle Rock
Medical Center and Ambulance Service. The Castle Rock Convalescent
Center, a non-profit organization, is owned by the Castle Rock Special Hospital District.
The Castle Rock Convalescent Center will consider all
applicants for admission without
regard to race, color, creed, sex, national
origin, handicap, or age (except as limited by state
minimum age
requirements).
