The Billing Office at Castle Rock Medical Center offers direct billing
to all insurance carriers. As an additional service to senior citizens, the billing office will assist you with any questions regarding secondary insurance billing.
Payment at time of service is requested. If you expect your insurance company to cover a part of your service, you may pay your co-pay amount. Cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are honored.
