Rusty Hinges is a water exercise class for folks with
arthritis, hip/knee difficulties or those of
us experiencing general aches and pains. This class is a community service
sponsored by
the Occupational Therapy Department at Castle Rock Medical Center. Located
at the Green River Recreation Center, you are responsible for your
entrance fee,
however, there is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for the class.
